// THE STORY
What would become The MTVs started in 2011 between longtime bandmates David LeDuc & Ted Anderson. It was the live show equivalent of MTV's golden age — a tribute to a time when MTV actually played music videos. It still is. We celebrate all genres of music from the 50s to today, take requests, ad-lib songs, project music videos with special lighting, and encourage tons of crowd interaction.
// THE SOUND
The MTVs made a name for themselves by being a dynamic, instrument-switching duo that sounds like a full band with bass (octave pedal), guitar, drums and 2 vocalists producing a refreshing take on huge hits and deep cuts alike — without the aid of any backing tracks.
